If you are utilizing Meshtastic, I strongly suggest using the web interface flasher and configurator since it is faster and simpler. Once configured, the built-in UI is practical enough for messaging.

Update: I executed the «T-Deck-Plus-TouchFix_241203.bin» installation via the Flash Download Tool following the guide on LilyGO’s GitHub, then reinstalled MESHCORE v8.2. Even the Meshtastic firmware runs slowly. Obviously, text messaging doesn’t demand massive specs, but I wish it were a bit snappier, which is particularly noticeable when using the trackball.
